By accessing evelopkeys.com or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

EvelopKeys sells genuine Microsoft software licence keys. All sales are subject to these terms and the laws of England and Wales.

All products sold by EvelopKeys are genuine Microsoft software licence keys sourced from authorised distributors. Each licence key:

• Is a genuine retail or OEM Microsoft product key
• Activates directly through Microsoft's own activation servers
• Is sold for personal or business use as permitted by Microsoft's licensing terms
• Is delivered electronically to your email address

You are purchasing a licence to use the software under Microsoft's End User Licence Agreement (EULA), not the software itself. By activating the key, you agree to Microsoft's EULA.

Orders are processed automatically. After successful payment via Stripe:

• Your licence key will be emailed to the address provided within 30 seconds
• You will receive an order confirmation email
• Your order will appear in our system with a unique order ID

Delivery failure: If you do not receive your key within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact info@evelopkeys.com immediately with your order ID.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will pay.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods supported by Stripe. We never store your payment card details.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Since licence keys are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds simply for changing your mind
• If a key is defective, fails to activate, or is found to be invalid, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund within 30 days
• All refund requests must include your order ID and a description of the issue

You agree not to:

• Purchase keys for the purpose of reselling them without our written permission
• Attempt to use keys in violation of Microsoft's licensing terms
• Share a key with more users or devices than the licence permits
• Use our platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our website content

Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation and refusal of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EvelopKeys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product
• We are not responsible for software incompatibilities, data loss, or damages arising from the installation or use of software activated with our keys

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Microsoft, Windows, Office, and related product names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. EvelopKeys is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.

All website content, design, and materials are the property of EvelopKeys and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For consumers in the EU: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
