Our Policy on Digital Products

Licence keys are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content that has been supplied and used is generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

However, we go above and beyond our legal obligations. If your key does not work as described, you are always entitled to a remedy — either a replacement key or a full refund.

When You ARE Entitled to a Remedy

  • The key fails to activate and shows an error from Microsoft
  • The key has already been used or is invalid at the time of purchase
  • You received the wrong product key for your order
  • The key stops working after activation (covered by our Lifetime Guarantee)
  • You did not receive your key within 30 minutes of payment

When You Are NOT Entitled to a Refund

  • You have already successfully activated the key
  • You changed your mind after activation
  • You purchased the wrong product (wrong version, wrong OS)
  • You experience software incompatibility unrelated to the key validity
  • The key was used in a manner that violates Microsoft's licensing terms

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

01Contact Support

Email info@evelopkeys.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Include any error messages shown during activation.

02We Verify

We'll check your key status in our system within a few hours. In most cases, we can resolve the issue the same day.

03Replacement or Refund

If your claim is valid, we'll either issue a replacement key immediately or process a refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
